MOTIVATION: Take What You Need, Leave What You Don't

I can tell you that I'm a self motivated person. Once I make my mind up to so something...I DO IT! When I started exercising and changing my eating habits and making better choices about what I ate and what I kept in my kitchen to eat, no one had to tell me, no one had to convince me. I felt heavy, and I was coming out of a depression. I decided it was time to do something to make myself happy with my reflection. I chose to start loving me! I like to keep motivational memes, that I find or that friends send to me, in my phone as a reminder to myself, and as the positive reinforcement that I know I need. And now, I want to share them with you! Take what you need, leave what you don't!

I don't ever want to go back, either. I would have to say that's the biggest motivating factor. Working out makes me feel so much better than laying around and eating junk food. So glad you made the decision to better yourself!

Yes, I too came out of a recent depression. Working just gives me a natural high I hate coming down from. For me it was consistency, I would do it but not consistently. Now that I look at it as part of my life I dont dread it, I now look forward to it. These sayings are awesome!
