Recipe: Quick Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1 can Tyson white chicken chunks
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup Craisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 stalk of celery, diced
1 tablespoon dill pickle juice (optional)
Seasonings (salt, pepper...whatever you like!)

Directions:
Take the yogurt and chicken and mix together well. Vigorously! You want to shred the chicken. Add all other ingredients. You can adjust the amount of everything. If you want more yogurt in yours, add more or take some out. Same with the craisins, walnuts $ celery. Salt & pepper or other seasonings to taste.

This makes a great afternoon snack with some Special K crackers.
