I found this recipe online YEARS ago, and it's so simple! I usually double it and freeze half of the steaks because it's a lot of work for one meal. When I double the ingredients, I can make about 11~12 steaks.
Put the ground turkey, 1/2 of the dry onion soup mix, bread crumbs, milk, & egg together in a mixing bowl. Mix together with hands until thoroughly mixed. Feel free to add onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and/or mushrooms to the meat mixture. Pretty much season to your own tastes.
Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet and form patties about the size of a hamburger. Be careful not to make them too thick. Cook patties until done all the way through. Set aside. Add water, mushrooms and flour to the skillet, and stir until smooth. Heat until boiling, then reduce temperature. Put patties back in the soup mixture and simmer until thickened. Let cool and serve (preferably) over brown rice and a vegetable of your liking on the side!
